Residential:
Description Of Work Rendered (Exterior)
EXCAVATING: This extensive process begins with the complete removal of all dirt, clay and related materials that cover the wall and foundation area. Next the waterproofing membrane system will be applied. The drain tile will be put into place before the back filling procedure begins.
TIE BACKS: On extremely buckled or bowed walls, exterior tiebacks are used as an alternative, rather than replacing the damaged wall. This procedure has been most successful in salvaging the original foundation.
WALL REPLACEMENT: This is for walls that are beyond repair. Walls that are extremely buckled or bowed and have weakened foundations will need to be replaced.
CRAWL SPACE: This procedure is performed of the same principal as an interior waterproofing system using the 4" ADS perforated drain tile system. Walls will be parged, resealed with membrane protection.
UNDER PINNING: When the foundation settles, steps and vertical cracks appear. At this point under pinning is necessary. This procedure requires excavation under the footers at the damaged area.
YARD DRAINS, DRAIN FIELDS & SWELLS: This system is a surface water management system that leads the water away from the house.
PROTECTION BOARD/DRAINAGE BOARD: This is used to protect the waterproofing membrane coating from abrasion.
Description Of Work Rendered (Interior)
CRAWL SPACE: This procedure is performed on the same principal as an interior waterproofing system using the 4" ADS perforated drain tile system.
SUMP PUMP: The Zoeler sump pump removes collected water in the basin. The water is discharged to the outside of the home in a chosen location to keep the water run off away from the home.
BATTERY BACK-UP SYSTEM: This system is offered and installed. This is added protection to the customer in case of a power outage.
WALL PINS/"I" BEAMS/UNDERPINNING: Interior structural repairs of the walls are necessary when one of the following is noticed: Bowed or buckled walls, walls with horizontal or step cracks.
WINDOW WELL CORRECTIONS: Under extremely high water table conditions window well taps may be required. The water is then channeled from the window well into the drain tile.
ADS DRAIN TILE: This system is installed for sub floor pressure release system in basement waterproofing.
FLOOR DRAINS: Installed for use in the stairwells.
EPOXY INJECTIONS: It is injected into the cracks to prevent water from seeping in.
